Dr. Krystal Pendergraft-Horne

Dr. Krystal Pendergraft-Horne is a native of Dudley, North Carolina, and is passionate about advancing health, education, and community well-being. She serves as an Assistant Professor and Director of Interprofessional Education and Practice at the UNC School of Nursing, where she prepares future healthcare professionals and works to build strong interprofessional teams that communicate effectively, collaborate across disciplines, and improve patient outcomes. Dedicated to fostering inclusive learning environments and equitable care settings, Dr. Pendergraft-Horne believes that compassionate, team-based care is essential to healthier communities. A certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Dr. Pendergraft-Horne is committed to increasing mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and empowering individuals with the skills to recognize and respond to mental health challenges. Through her work with Harbor Well, she is honored to support the well-being of her community by promoting connection, education, and access to compassionate, inclusive care.

Anthony Onyeisi Okade

Anthony Okade is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction, where his responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, including individuals from underserved and less-privileged communities. Anthony began his educational journey in the small community of Ubulu Unor in Delta State, Nigeria. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA in Financial Management before relocating to the United States more than two decades ago. He later began his nursing education at Wake Technical Community College and continued at Winston-Salem State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro before returning to Winston-Salem State University to complete his education as a Nurse Practitioner. Anthony is a devoted Christian who believes that with God, all things are possible. He is actively involved in his community in Raleigh and currently serves as Financial Secretary of the Delta State Association of North Carolina and Vice President of the Anioma Association of North Carolina. Anthony is married and blessed with children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and relaxing after a hard day’s work.

Medina Neal

Medina Neal is a dedicated human services professional, mental health advocate, and medical billing and coding specialist with a passion for serving individuals and families in underserved communities. She has experience in community outreach, intake coordination, care navigation, and connecting people with essential health and social service resources. As a mental health advocate, Medina is committed to promoting mental wellness, reducing barriers to care, increasing awareness, and helping individuals access the support and resources they need. Through her work, she empowers others through education, advocacy, and compassionate service. As a member of the HarborWell Board of Directors, Medina is dedicated to fostering healthier communities by promoting hope, resilience, health equity, and access to quality care for all.

Brandi Stringfield

Brandi Stringfield is the founder and owner of B’s Wax Candle Co., a family-owned business dedicated to creating clean-burning home fragrance products and scent experiences that bring people together. Through her business, she combines entrepreneurship with a passion for creating spaces where memories are made and community is strengthened. Beyond business, Brandi is a dedicated community advocate, she has organized and supported numerous community initiatives, educational events, and partnerships that connect local organizations with families in need. Brandi is also passionate about civic engagement, volunteerism, and building relationships that create real impact. She holds an Associate’s Degree and is currently a Sociology student at Fayetteville State University focusing on Public Health. She believes strong communities are built through compassion, service, and opportunity. Brandi is honored to use both her professional experience and community involvement to help fulfill our mission and serve others.

Shanice Neal

Shanice Neal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for supporting individuals, families, and communities through compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Fayetteville State University and has worked in the social work and mental health field since 2018. Shanice is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and a Licensed Independent Social Worker in South Carolina. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist through the Arizona Trauma Institute and a Certified Grief Counselor through The American Institute of Health Care Professionals, Inc. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and emotional wellness challenges. In addition to her clinical work, Shanice is actively involved in ministry and is passionate about serving others through compassion, faith, and community engagement. She believes in creating spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered while honoring each person’s unique journey. Shanice is committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, expanding access to care, and promoting holistic well-being. Through her work in mental health and ministry, she strives to bridge the connection between emotional wellness, personal growth, and community support. As a member of the HarborWell Board of Directors, Shanice brings clinical expertise, servant leadership, and a deep commitment to advancing initiatives that positively impact the lives of others.

Chauncey Dameron

With 18 years in healthcare and 13 years specifically in Managed Care, Chauncey leads a team focused on strengthening provider relationships, ensuring billing compliance, and improving operational efficiency across Medicaid and State-funded systems. He has supported major system implementations, led provider billing initiatives, and contributed to North Carolina’s Tailored Plan and physical health integration efforts. Chauncey brings a grounded, operational perspective to Medicaid billing, informed by years of direct work with providers navigating complex requirements. He holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration.

Candra Edwards

Brittany is committed to providing compassionate education, connecting families with resources, and helping mothers feel informed, empowered, and supported. Her mission is to help create healthier, more positive experiences for mothers, babies, and families within her community.

She brings a multidisciplinary background in psychology, rehabilitation, neuroscience, and clinical research.

Crystal Little is a healthcare entrepreneur and community leader with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including hands-on care and healthcare operations. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Impact Home Care Solutions and Impact Behavioral Health, leading a multidisciplinary team of Care Professionals, Direct Support Professionals, Peer Support Professionals, therapists, nurses, clinicians, and behavioral health providers across Eastern North Carolina. Under her leadership, Impact Home Care Solutions was recognized for Best of Goldsboro Home Health Care Services in 2025 and 2026, reflecting the organization’s commitment to “Award-Winning Care. Trusted Support. Solutions That Impact Communities.” In April 2026, Crystal expanded that mission through the launch of Impact Behavioral Health, with the goal of building the same trusted, community-centered reputation across behavioral health services.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, she brings both hands-on healthcare experience and leadership knowledge to her work. Nyquita is passionate about advocating for seniors, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and families navigating healthcare and community resources. She believes strongly in giving back, building meaningful community partnerships, and serving as a resource to those in need. Nyquita is committed to using her experience, leadership, and passion for serving others to support the organization’s mission and make a meaningful difference in the community.
